Delete your data

In short: the game currently has no accounts and does not send your progress to us (accounts will come with online play — see below). Everything the game stores is kept on your own device, so you can delete it yourself at any time using the steps below. If you want us to delete anything else we hold about you (for example the email address you gave us to join the closed test, or emails you sent us), send us a deletion request — see Ask us to delete your data.

What the game stores

• Your save files — your profiles, money, bikes, items and progress. Stored only on your device.
• Your settings — controls, sound, display and camera options. Stored only on your device.
• Multiplayer (LAN) — while you play with friends on the same Wi-Fi or hotspot, your player name, look and position are shared with those players' devices for that session only. Nothing is kept on any server.

Delete your data on Android

1. Delete one profile: open the game, go to the profile screen, tap Delete on the profile and confirm. That save is erased from your phone.
2. Delete everything: on your phone open Settings → Apps → Mat Rempit: The Rise → Storage → Clear storage (or Clear data). This erases all profiles and settings.
3. Or uninstall the game — uninstalling removes the game and all of its data from your phone.

Delete your data on PC (Windows)

1. Delete one profile: in the game, on the profile screen, choose Delete and confirm.
2. Delete everything: close the game, press Win+R, paste %USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\MotorKid46 and delete the Mat Rempit_ The Rise folder inside it.
3. Or uninstall the game from Settings → Apps, then delete the folder above if it is still there.

Ask us to delete your data

If you want Raey Tech to delete any data we hold about you — such as your closed-test email address, or messages you sent us — email us:

• Email reeshan@raeytech.xyz with the subject “Mat Rempit – data deletion request”.
• Tell us the email address or name we know you by, and what you would like deleted.
• We will confirm and delete the data within 30 days. If you were a closed-test tester, we will also remove you from the tester list.

Online accounts (coming in a future update)

Online multiplayer, cloud saves and player moderation are planned. When they arrive, you will need a Mat Rempit account to use them. Playing offline and on LAN will stay possible without an account. Once accounts exist:

• Delete your account in the game: Settings → Account → Delete account. You can also request it on this page, even if you have uninstalled the game.
• What gets deleted: your account, your cloud saves, your online profile and friends list, and the data used to sign you in.
• What may be kept for a short time: records needed for safety and moderation (for example a ban or a report about abuse) and anything we must keep by law. These are kept only as long as needed (at most 12 months, unless the law requires longer) and are then deleted.
• How long it takes: we delete your account and its data within 30 days of your request, and confirm by email.

The Privacy Policy will be updated to describe exactly what the online features collect before any version with accounts is released.

What we can't delete for you

We cannot reach into your device, so game saves and settings must be deleted on the device itself (steps above). Data that Google Play keeps about your installs, purchases or Play account is handled by Google under the Google Privacy Policy.
