Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to the game Mat Rempit: The Rise (the "Game") and this website, made by Raey Tech ("we", "us"). By installing or playing the Game you agree to them.

1. Test versions

The Game is in development. Test builds (internal and closed testing) are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. They may contain bugs, crash, change or lose progress between versions, and features may be added or removed. Please don't rely on test saves being kept.

2. Licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game for non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, sell, rent, redistribute, decompile, modify or reverse-engineer the Game, except where the law allows it. Testers: please don't share test builds or opt-in links outside the test group without our permission.

3. It's a game - don't try it on the road

The Game is fiction. Racing, wheelies, stoppies, "fly" (lying flat) and other stunts in the Game are dangerous and illegal on public roads. Do not copy them in real life. Always ride safely, wear a helmet and follow the law.

4. Fictional names

All towns, shops, brands, bikes, people and products in the Game are made up. Any resemblance to real businesses, brands or persons is coincidental; the Game is not affiliated with or endorsed by any motorcycle maker or other company.

5. Playing with others

Local multiplayer connects you with people on the same network. Be respectful: no harassment, cheating that spoils other players' games, or offensive player names. You are responsible for who you choose to play with. We don't run servers and can't moderate local sessions.

6. Ownership

The Game, its code, art, music, characters and this website are owned by Raey Tech and protected by copyright and other laws. "Mat Rempit: The Rise" and the Raey Tech name are ours.

7. Purchases

The test versions have no in-app purchases or ads. If paid features are added later, these terms and the Google Play terms will apply to them.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, lost data or damage arising from using the Game or the website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be limited.

9. Privacy

How we handle information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes and ending

We may update these terms - the effective date above will change, and continuing to play means you accept the new version. We may end the test or stop offering the Game at any time. You can stop at any time by uninstalling the Game.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction.
